Food isn’t a complication unless you eat on extreme
levels. Everything needs balance and moderation and food, which is a basic
need, should be done that way too. For those who are privileged, can follow
cheat days or schedule having junk and home food. In today’s generation, the
internet plays a huge role in keeping you both fit and unfit. While phones have
FitBit and dieting apps, it also has apps for ordering food in a second. For
example-One can jut type “Burgers near me” and find the closest shop for you to deliver burgers.
This is not to say you should never eat outside food.
Again, we stress on striking a balance so that you don’t jeopardize your
health.
Limit your frequency
We know this is hard to follow, especially when it
comes to delicious fast food. But we care for you too. Hence, make it a point
to have foods like pizza, the burger just once in a month, for starters and not
every week. Weekends are the definition of ordering food, but the essence of
home-cooked food is so much better and different. You can mark one Saturday or
Sunday to have either Burger in East Fremantle or quesadilla elsewhere. This will keep the excitement for that
day going high.
Avoid meat
Our parents were right when they focused on the words
“eat your veggies”. Nowadays, there are so many options for vegetarian and
vegan food in every restaurant. The world now abides by it. It is a good change
for the environment and humans, in terms of health. More and more people are
opting for such food. Having too much of meat has a lot of health
disadvantages. Issues like heart diseases, cholesterol problems, etc. There are

Exercise
Have your share of burgers and cold drinks, but also
go to the gym, exercise as much as possible. Be active in subtle ways. For
example, while cooking in the kitchen, you could do sit-ups while the veggies

exercise. Dance on your favourite songs, it’s the best way of shedding
calories. Bend down or squat consciously when needed. It will help the body a
lot.
